Akashic Records offer the most accurate, honest, and loving advice we could ever ask for. It is not an earthquake. It’s a heart-to-heart talk with your wisest and dearest friend. Akashic insights always meet you where you’re at, and they don’t try to rush you.

Akashic insights can be transformative, which is why a bespoke flower essence is included with each session. Intuitively chosen flower essences help to dissolve any obstacles from within our beings. Flower essences help create spaciousness within, allowing us to safely dismiss limiting patterns and stale beliefs. 

Sessions can be described as good advice, with a side of homework, and a dash of magic. Sessions cannot be described as fortune, or future, telling. Questions like "how should I go about this" are welcome and encouraged. Questions trying to directly discern the future outcome of a situation are not encouraged. You don't need to show up with any questions at all, you can simply choose a category, or several categories (e.g. health, love, family, business, finances, etc.) to explore. 

The requirements for a successful Soul Session are consent, receptivity, and the willingness to perceive and address obstructive patterns and programming. Soul Sessions are, at their core, loving and constructive. Change can seem scary, but it's the only constant in life. Life is so much easier with intuitive guidance from your higher self.
