METHOD
CLEANSING BALM
Warm a pea-sized amount between palms, then massage onto dry skin (face, neck, décolleté, and earlobes) using small circular movements. Remove with a warm, damp washcloth. Follow with your favorite gel cleanser if you follow a double cleansing routine, or your favorite toner, serum, and moisturizer if not.
MOISTURIZER
Prep skin with your favorite cleanser, toner, and water-based essence and/or serum, then warm a tiny amount of High Desert between palms and press gently over face, neck, décolleté, and earlobes. Massage gentle in outward sweeping strokes until fully absorbed. Follow with SPF (if it's daytime).
OVERNIGHT MOISTURE MASK
Warm a pea-sized amount between palms, then massage onto clean face, neck, décolleté, and earlobes. Leave on overnight, then remove with a warm, damp washcloth in the morning. Follow with your favorite serum and moisturizer.
PRO TIP
When using oil or balm as a moisturizer, I like to make a "mist sandwich". I mist my face with toner, apply oil (or balm) and then mist my face with toner afterwards, and massage in the residue. This ensures full absorption of the oil-soluble nutrients, and helps mitigate any unwanted greasy texture. I recommend pairing High Desert with Nectar Water for extra hydration, or Yellow Flowers for extra calming.
